A/ TapRoots Hydroponics' selected products are curated by our preferred manufacturers in order to provide competitive pricing and provide you with Free Shipping Worldwide! This means that your orders are shipped direct from our suppliers, thus timing will vary depending on the product and your product will arrive within 1-4 weeks. When selecting your product on our site, you will be able to see the shipping duration directly on the product page. If you select multiple products, please note that they may arrive at different times as we work with multiple manufacturers. We track your order using individual tracking numbers so that we can monitor your order and reduce delays.

Q/ My package was delivered in a standard envelope without bells and whistles! Why?

A/ Bells and whistles are usually incorporated to justify charging higher prices. Our products speak for themselves, so don’t worry about the lack of dazzle on the parcel.
