Pro-Cuts’ trimmers are made in Canada of high grade stainless steel and feature food grade components. None of the leaf trimmers on the market has the harvesting performance or clean flower trimming cuts of the original Pro-Cut Ultra leaf trimmer. The top and bottom casings are made of stainless steel and will withstand the wear and tear of daily trimming.

The harvesting professionals at Pro-Cut designed the Ultra leaf trimmer to be easy to assemble and disassemble, reducing labor and boosting productivity. The easy to clean stainless steel casings align with precision and a thick rubber gasket seals the two, preventing any of your trim or flower buds from escaping.

The Ultra leaf trimmer features a top mounted, heavy duty, direct drive motor which turns the food-grade rubber fingers, gently manipulating the plant material across the Pro-Cut Ultra leaf trimmers’ grille. Also made of stainless steel, the trim grille allows stems and leaves to pass through to the precision hardened stainless steel trimming blade while protecting your flower buds. The nicely trimmed buds remain on top of the grille and the scraps gather in the bottom of the leaf trimmer.

Order Confirmation: As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.

Order Shipment: Taproots Hydroponics' selected products are curated by our preferred manufacturers overseas in order to provide competitive pricing and provide you with Free Shipping Worldwide! This means that your orders are shipped direct and take 2-5 weeks to arrive. If you select multiple products, please note that they may arrive at different times as we work with multiple manufacturers. We track your order using individual tracking numbers so that we can monitor your order and reduce delays.

Damages: Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@taprootshydroponics.com, and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds: All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. 

We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference. We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. If you find that our website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within six months of your purchase date will refund the difference as well. To request your partial refund, simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors website, within six months from the date of your order, and we will process the credit accordingly.
